To our knowledge, we are the only short term management company run by a licensed real estate brokerage in the Tulsa area.

Listing - we build a professional listing with great photos

Bookings and Pricing - we use software to calculate the best pricing and promote on multiple places

Communications - we communicate with the guests whenever needed

Security - each guest has their own access code that expires

Cleaning - we have a team of cleaners that do a great job for us consistently

Supplies - we stock supplies for the guests so you don't have to

Maintenance - we have 2 maintenance workers ready to quickly and affordably make repairs

Promotion - we often have repeat guests and do a lot of marketing

Reviews - we work hard to get excellent reviews and keep the homes looking great
