House Rules
-NO PARTIES - if more people are discovered than the number of people booked (visitors are ok if there isn't a party) the GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY and no refund will be offered.
-Pets are not allowed and this is monitored by security guards since pets must be registered
-If guests cause a mess which results in extra cleaning beyond that of typical guests, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning surcharges. This is solely at the discretion of the cleaner.
-No smoking of any kind in or around the unit even on the balcony. $250 surcharge for smoking indoors or bringing marijuana or any illegal substances into the home.
-Any damages must be reported before checkout -Any damaged or taken items must be paid for at replacement cost. This includes towels, remotes, etc.
-Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. If neighbors complain, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY and no refund will be offered.
-Please acknowledge that from occasion, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
-Do not rearrange the furniture. $50 surcharge for violating this rule.
-Events are not allowed.
-If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind including marijuana, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY and no refund will be offered.
-Items left behind by guest are not the responsibility of the host. Please be sure to take all of your items when you leave.
-Checkout is at 11am on your final day. If you are unable to checkout at 11am without prior arrangement, there is a $75 surcharge and the cleaner could arrive as early as 11am. Please allow the cleaner to work if you have to checkout late.
-No extensions can be made unless you make them through the Airbnb booking system and there is availability. Do not assume your stay can be extended at the last minute.
-Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also our home please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things) Enjoy your stay!
